My goal:

burn 300 calories during a cardio workout - twice

In the morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill - interval training

In the afternoon I did a 30 minute walk-run on the boardwalk - interval training

Total calories burned for the day: 3164

Total calories consumed for the day: 1250

Calorie Deficit to release lbs: 1914
