9.30.10 - Day 229

9:00 - scrambled eggs (1 whole + 2 whites) & honeydew melon    

11:30 - tuna, black beans, watercress, evoo

2:30 - 2 sticks string cheese, 8 walnuts & strawberries

5:30 - shrimp, tomato sauce, pasta & salad

6:30 - 60 minutes Zumba 

8:30 - protein bar & decaf green tea with local honey
