9:00 - 1 scrambled egg & a peach

10:00 - 30 minutes running on treadmill

12:45 - roasted chicken, cannellini beans, tomato, & evoo

3:30 - 2 sticks string cheese, 8 almonds & an apple

4:00 - 60 minutes Zumba

6:30 - lamb chops, salad 

8:30 - protein bar & green tea with honey
