8:30 - 2 sticks string cheese, 9 almonds, cantaloupe 

10:00 - 60 minutes on treadmill - interval sprinting

11:30 - tuna, black beans, red pepper, watercress, evoo

3:00 - 2 sticks string cheese, 9 walnuts, banana   

6:30 - roasted chicken, potatoes, butternut squash & salad

9:00 - protein bar & decaf green tea with local honey
