8:30 - Greek yogurt, honey, protein powder, walnuts, ground flax & banana

11:30 - 2 sticks string cheese, 8 almonds & an apple   

3:00 - turkey, crackers & a banana

6:30 - tuna, spinach & tomato

7:15 - 30 minutes zumba 

9:00 - protein bar & decaf green tea with local honey
