4-3-10 - Day 49

8:00am - greek yogurt, berries, granola

9:30am - 90 minutes boot camp at the beach and flag football

11:30am - cobb salad

12:30 -  90 minutes circuits

2:15pm - protein bar

5:00pm - cobb salad

8:30pm - tilapia, brown rice, zucchini, asparagus
