8:30 - 30 minutes stretching & myofascial release

9:00 - 60 minutes interval training

10:00 - trip to grocery store with Nutritionist

11:30 - 60 minutes one on one training

12:30 - Onion Smothered Flank Steak

2:00 - 60 minutes gym boot camp

3:00 - protein bar; massage

4:00 - 60 minutes partner training

5:00 - BBQ Chicken Salad

8:00 - Shrimp Jambalaya
