8:00 - Almond GF French Toast with Chicken Sausage & fruit



8:30 - meeting with Karen the Nutritionist


9:00 - 30 minutes stretching & myofascial release


9:30 - 90 minutes circuits


11:00 - 60 minutes cardio dance


12:15 - GF Pear & Gorgonzola Pizza

1:30 - 60 minutes mixed martial arts


Here is where it got ugly and my allergies kicked in again. I went home early, but managed to burn 2000 calories before I left.


2:30 - 30 minutes cardio


3:00 - 60 minutes partner training


4:30 - Yogurt with Granola and Fruit

5:15 - 90 minutes cross fit challenge


8:00 - Grilled Scallops and Shrimp
